My opinion. Once we flash the Lollipop ROM we cannot revert back and flash KitKat. But in my case I am using A6000 no Plus.
DeleteAfter flashing Lollipop version my TWRP/Recovery is missing and I cannot do anything to flash back KikKat ROM.
After testing and searching I found to enter the Recovery by flashing the Recovery Lollipop version via Minimal ADB and Fastboot.
I believe this will not be happen if we flash the CM12.1 ROM.

DeleteTurn off your phone. Enter the Fastboot Mode (Vol Down+Power) and connect with PC. Install the "Lollipop Recovery" using Minimal ADB and Fastboot. It will automatically enter to Recovery. Then install SuperSU.zip and reboot.
